About this Event

Teresa Wolf is the co-founder of Our Community House of Hope, has worked with hospice patients and their families for 25 years. She has a special passion for educating nursing students and volunteers in this specialized field for many years. She is the author of the book, Hope in Our Final Season and the co-creator and instructor of HOPE End-of-Life Doula Program.

The focus for this lecture will be on how we, as new providers of care to patients and their families, can best serve and care for them at the end of life. We will also be learning about how to care for ourselves after a patient passes.
