My FlexCare journey began in June of 2015. Since that first day, I earned the title of executive recruiter, ran a mentor program for new recruiters, became a recruitment lead, and even spoke at TravCon! Prior to FlexCare, I worked in the restaurant industry while going to school, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. I have always had a passion for helping people and found my niche recruiting travel nurses. It is incredible to play a role in your journey and help hospitals fill their urgent needs. I am a very compassionate and honest person and am thankful for the nurses on my team who have trusted me enough to take the leap. I want you to be a good fit for the facility as well as the facility be a good fit for you! I love meeting new people and developing relationships. Growing up I was a competitive dancer (tap, jazz, and ballet) and danced professionally as well. When I am not in the office you will find me at home cuddling my Golden Retriever, Gracie. I love to get outside and explore; my latest obsession is Seattle, WA! I am blessed to have most of my family living nearby (Sacramento, CA area) so I get lots of play time with my nieces and nephew, too! There are a lot of ups and downs in this industry, so itÂ’s important to work with someone who you know will go to bat for you. My name is Natalie Pisciotta and I am a Recruitment Lead with FlexCare Medical Staffing. I have 5 years of recruiting experience with FlexCare and over 11 years of experience in the field of customer service. When I'm not working, I'm probably planning my next weekend trip. I also love trying new and exciting foods and drinks, going to the beach, camping, kayaking, hiking, watching good films, ceramic sculpting, painting, going to concerts, hanging out with my boyfriend and friends, and of course spending lots of time with our four adorable dogs Paris, Kona, Fox, and Lily!
