• Minimum 24 months of current ;Level I Trauma Center ;PCU experience – ;REQUIRED
• Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon submission ;- ;MUST BE INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION – ;REQUIRED
• No Nursys Hits – ;REQUIRED
• Banner will not approve RTO within the first two weeks or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days. ;
• FLU vaccination – ;REQUIRED ;**Please add vaccination status in the submission notes**
