Delve into your nursing career with an immediate opening for a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at the esteemed Banner Estrella Medical Center. Based in the vibrant city of Phoenix, AZ, this promising 13-week assignment operates on a 7:00AM – 7:30PM schedule across a 36-hour workweek with a guarantee of 24 hours. Being flexible to the dynamic healthcare environment, you should be willing to float to units where your expertise is required. An exciting feature is the day shift that allows you to enjoy Phoenix’s charming locations post-work. This position is characterized by the application of specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills. To serve across physical and developmental ages, you need to plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing practice standards. Please note, candidates should not have an AZ home address on their driver’s license. A minimum of 24 months of current PCU experience is requisite, and your certifications from the American Heart Association OR American Red Cross must be active upon application. Travel experience is preferred.

• $2,392.00 total gross weekly for 36 hours per week for 13 weeks.
• Stipends:$1,550.23 weekly

Taxable rates:

• Regular hours: $23.39
• Gap hours: $66.45
• Overtime hours: $90.83
