BLS, ACLS TNCC req; must be in packet or proof of class prior to start; de-escalation training such as CPS pref.; Must have 2 yrs in ER to submit. -EPIC experience from within the past 24 months is required and nonnegotiable. Monday to Sunday; VT license at time of submission; IVS to offer; This facility requires ALL work history information (Bed count, EMR, Fac type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit.
