$1,512.00/Weekly Gross
$42.00/Hourly
36 hours/week

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

1. Available for 12H Day shifts
2. 6-12 months of recent (within the last year) supervised experience in Long Term Care/Nursing Home setting
3. Licensed Practical Nursing degree from an accredited institution
4. Current CPR/BLS certification, Physical, TB test (within 1 year of hire)
5. Current Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN license in the state of employment or compact (multi-state) license
