Healthcare Recruiter – Travel Nursing
Charleston, SC (In-Office)

With our continued growth, LeaderStat is adding a Healthcare Recruiter to our Travel Nurse Division in Charleston, South Carolina.

The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting and placing nurses on contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement bases nationwide. This dynamic individual will recruit new healthcare professionals and provide exemplary customer service while they are on assignment. This fast-paced position requires the ability to recruit a high volume of travel nurses to meet the ever-changing needs of LeaderStat’s clients. This recruiter will be responsible for the full recruitment process and candidate sourcing through cold calling, database entries, on-line ad posting and resume searching within assigned territory. Position will be focused in building long-term relationships with key people in acute care as well as a network of contacts within the industry nationally.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred (at minimum an Associate's)
• Hospital or healthcare related experience (preferred)
• Comfortable presenting and communicating via telephone, video-conferencing, and other technology medias
• Strong recruiting/outreach cold call experience (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and place contract, contract to hire, and direct placement professionals nationwide
• Provide exemplary customer service to our clients and contractors
• Determine requisition requirements by working closely with Department and Business Development team for open positions
• Attract applicants by placing job advertisements on job sites, networking, etc.
• Full phone screen, conduct reference checks, and interview all candidates for open positions
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and foster loyalty to LeaderStat
• Fill new job orders quickly and help to build business nationwide
• Carefully and fully inform candidates about the job requirements, the priorities and unique attributes of the assignment
• Effectively document and update healthcare professional information in Bullhorn database; timely entries, accurately coded.
