LeaderStat is looking for a Director of Nursing (DON, DNS)for a moderate sized Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in the upper northwest of Washington State, on the Puget Sound in Skagit County.
The Company overseeing this property is committed to seeing it thrive, and the incoming Registered Nurse who takes the DON role will enjoy knowing the company will be there for this SNF when support is needed.
Progress is already underway here, driving improved CMS ratings, and the Director of Nursing will continue on this path, mentoring the team and ensuring they offer top quality care for the residents who thrive in their community.
Up to date technology includes Point Click Care.
If relocation is needed, this company will provide support (up to $5K in financial help as well as temporary housing while the new RN gets settled).
The ideal candidate will enjoy:
