About You:
- A licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in long-term care leadership.
- Strong clinical expertise and a passion for quality resident care.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor staff.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in budgeting, staffing, and regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do:
- Provide overall leadership and direction for the nursing department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care.
- Oversee all aspects of clinical operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Develop and maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
- Champion resident-centered care initiatives and quality improvement programs.
