LeaderStat is partnering with a long-term care provider who is seeking a permanent Director of Nursing for one of their skilled nursing facilities in Toledo, Ohio. This is an extremely supportive company with abundant resources! We are looking for an accomplished Nurse leader who is a compassionate, motivating, relationship-building leader.
Qualifications:
- RN license in Ohio ( active and in good standing)
- Director of Nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care setting (*will consider a new DON or experienced/accomplished ADON)
- Demonstrated success in the areas of survey prep/outcomes, employee management, and clinical skills
- Consistent tenure with current and previous employers
