About the Presenters: 

Saundra Vild – saundra.vild@amnhealthcare.com: Saundra Vild is the Senior Director of Training and Development for the Travel Nurse Division. She has been with AMN for over 6 years. Saundra started at AMN in 2015 as a travel nurse recruiter. She grew quickly and soon transitioned into a leadership role where she managed 9 travel recruiters along with her own nurses. After a year in the role, Saundra transitioned to her true passion, developing others. She became a Manager of Sales Training and was responsible for onboarding all new recruiters. Over the last 4 years, she has continued to contribute to the success of the organization by training recruiters on how to build connections with nurses and grow their own desks.

Alanna Price – alanna.price@americanmobile.com: Alanna has been working with AMN Healthcare as a recruiter for one year. Alanna is currently a recruitment leader in training and mentors several new recruiters on a regular basis. When she is not working with nurses, Alanna attends a nightly MBA program!

Mark Jones – mark.jones@amnhealthcare.com:  Mark works as a Clinical Manager for AMN International, and prior to this role he worked as a travel nurse with AMN Healthcare for approximately five years. He has a background in Critical Care, primarily in CVICU. During his time with AMN Healthcare, Mark has impacted the lives of both patients and clinicians which has been the most rewarding moments of his career thus far.

Jason Voisey – jason.voisey@nursefinders.com: Jason has been working with AMN Healthcare for seven years, having the privilege of working with amazing clients, recruiters and leaders. He currently manages a team of 17 local recruiters and supports our executive sponsors to help drive fulfillment and other strategic initiatives within local staffing.
