Please fill out the following to claim your FREE Gift-Card, just a little “Thank You” for utilizing the resources available on The Gypsy Nurse. The Gypsy Nurse is pleased to have been able to provide you with the resources you need in order to secure your Travel Nurse contract.

Reminder:  You must have informed the Travel Staffing Agency that you contacted them via The Gypsy Nurse in order to be eligible for the Free Gift Card.

In order to be eligible to claim your free gift-card, you must have signed a travel nurse contract with one of the Companies sponsored via The Gypsy Nurse and given The Gypsy Nurse as a referral to the travel nurse staffing agency.

Once your information is received, it will be verified with the company and the Gift-Card of your choice will be mailed to the address provided.  Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing and receipt of Gift Card.
