Recent experience in telemetry or cardiac step-down is required, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications. Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills are essential. Recommended experience includes rhythm interpretation, patient education, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
