As a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse, you will care for patients recovering from surgery and managing chronic illnesses in a fast-paced hospital environment. You must have an active Oklahoma RN license, an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), and have passed the NCLEX-RN exam. At least 1 to 2 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN) certification are recommended. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is preferred.
