You will monitor patients with cardiac conditions, interpret telemetry data, and respond to changes in patient status in a fast-paced environment1.
You must have an active Missouri or compact RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program. At least two years of recent telemetry or cardiac nursing experience is required. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is essential. Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, strong clinical assessment skills, and the ability to manage multiple patients are necessary.
Recommended skills include effective communication, teamwork, and maintaining a safe environment.
