Registered Nurse – Telemetry – Travel – (Tele RN)

Pay Rate: $1722.00 – $1829.00
Travel RN – MedSurg/Tele jobs in Winston-Salem, NC, let you care for adult patients with acute medical conditions and those needing cardiac monitoring in a dynamic hospital setting.
You will monitor heart rhythms, administer medications, assess patient conditions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans. Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, a current North Carolina RN license, and recent experience in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is expected.
Recommended skills include strong organization, quick thinking, prioritization, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
