Registered Nurse – Psychiatric – Travel – (Psych RN)

Pay Rate: $2018.00 – $2142.00
Travel Adult Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) jobs are available at the facility in Denver, CO. You will provide compassionate care for adults with acute and chronic behavioral health needs in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
To qualify, you must have a current Colorado RN license and recent experience in adult psychiatric nursing. Skills in crisis intervention, therapeutic communication, and teamwork are essential. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is recommended.
Recommended experience includes working with patients who have co-occurring medical and psychiatric conditions and collaborating with diverse care teams in a teaching hospital setting. The adult psychiatric unit offers opportunities to develop expertise in trauma-informed care and de-escalation strategies.

Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, Psych
Experience: 2 years
RN(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: ACLS-AHA; BLS-AHA; CERT-Crisis Prevention Intervention
Preferred Qualifications
12-lead EKG preferred(general) – taking a 12 lead and reading one are 2 different skills (we do frequently do them on our floor so would be nice for them to have some knowledge!)
