Your responsibilities will include providing high-quality nursing care to patients in the Transitional Medical Unit. You will be expected to monitor and assess patient conditions, provide timely and accurate documentation, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

Common Diagnosis/Treatment: COPD, pneumonia, respiratory failure, CHF, GI disorders, cardiac disorder, ventilator dependency, ETOH withdrawal, kidney disease
Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:3;1:4;
# of Beds: 31 to 40
Charting: Cerner
Scrub Color: Blue-Navy;
Areas of Float Support: yes
Special Procedures: endobronchial valve replacement, chest tubes, feeding tubes, chronic tracheostomy, chronic vents

Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, PCU
Experience: 2 years
RN(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: ACLS-AHA; BLS-AHA
SSN Required
DOB Required

Preferred Qualifications
Previous Travel
Charting: Cerner
