You will provide bedside nursing care for patients recovering from anesthesia, collaborate with physicians to develop care plans, and monitor vital signs and airway management at the facility. Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing school, a current Michigan RN license, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross. Experience in surgical services or post-anesthesia care is recommended, and familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is helpful.
The facility values strong assessment skills, assertive communication, and the ability to troubleshoot specialty equipment safely and independently.
