Required Licensure and Certifications:
RN: BLS, ACLS
Scrub Tech: BLS, National certification (CST) – NBSTSA required – MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH PROFILE
Nursing Assistant: BLS
First Assist: BLS, National certification (CSFA) – NBSTSA required – MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH PROFILE
Skills required:
RN: able to circulate above cases
Scrub Tech: able to scrub above cases independently
Nursing Assistant: general knowledge of the OR
First Assist (if applicable): able to assist independently
Technology/Equipment:
EMR: Epic
IV pumps: Alaris
Medication dispensing: Omnicell

Weekend rotation: weekend call – discussed during interview
