Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Chrohns, ulcerative colitis, celiac disease, EOE, abdominal pain, constipation, feeding difficulties, failure to thrive, IBS

Registered Nurse, Pedi Outpatient Clinic
Experience: 2 years
RN-CA
Certifications: BLS(Copy needed)
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months
EPIC Charting Experience
Current PEDI SCL and Reference
RTO Upon Submission
60 Mile Radius Rule
