Children’s Hospital Colorado @ Colorado Springs Hospital UNIT: CSH Medical – Surgical (Pediatrics Position Title: RN Medical – Surgical (Pediatrics)Traveler Length of Assignment: 14 Weeks Assignment Dates: 01/13/2026 to 04/18/2026 SHIFT: 12H Days: 07:00 AM-07:30 PM Float Requirement: PICU, NICU, ED BH, ED helping hands, SPARC-E Weekend Requirement: Every other On Call Requirement: None 50-Mile Radius Rule: Applies Qualifications
Education: BSN preferred Previous travel highly preferred but not required Required Certifications: Licensure/Certification: BLS and PALS required Licensure/Certification: RN Will you consider hiring a new traveler: NO Required Job Qualifications: 2 Years peds med/surg experience required EPIC within the last yr critical thinker, time management, organized, pediatric experience Preferred Qualifications: team player, Additional Unit Specific Information: BEST FIT: high level of competence; flexible and dependable; ability to speak up if not familiar with procedures, client will provide education. Fast turn over – can admit 12-15 days/nights; Ability to move quickly. Strong team-oriented unit, willing to step in and assist as needed (unit culture). Resource RN and Charge RN (no patient assignments). Manager available for questions.
