Travel RN-Oncology jobs in Santa Fe, NM let you deliver compassionate care to patients undergoing cancer treatment in a city celebrated for its art, culture, and mountain views. As an Oncology Registered Nurse, you will administer chemotherapy, manage symptoms, monitor patient responses, and provide education and emotional support to patients and families in a supportive hospital environment.
You must have an active New Mexico RN license or compact eligibility, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and at least 1-2 years of recent oncology nursing experience. Required certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS), and Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) chemotherapy certification is strongly preferred. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is recommended. Skills in IV therapy, patient monitoring, and symptom management are valued for this role.
