To qualify, you need 2 years of neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) experience, a Louisiana or Compact RN license, and certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
