You must have an active New Mexico RN license or compact eligibility, and at least 1-2 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be preferred. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as Epic or Cerner is recommended, along with strong assessment and communication skills.
