Pay Rate: $2698.00 – $2865.00
Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Acute strokes, cerebral aneurysm coiling, trauma embolizations, fistulograms, nephrostomy tubes, critical limb salvage, permaCath placements, biopsies, abcess drainages, etc.kyphoplasties,
# of Beds: 6
Nurse to Patient Ratio: typically, 1:2
Use of Ancillary staff: transporters
Charting: Cerner
Scrub Color: Green
Areas of Float Support: NA
Special Procedures: Strokes and traumas. Y-90 liver tumor ablations, laser atherectomies.
Titrate Vasoactive Drips? Yes, Cardene, levophed,dopamine, etc.
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, Interventional Radiology
Experience: 2 years
RN-CA
Preferred Qualifications
Comments: High volume primary stroke center. Prefer neuro experience
NRP
TNCC
NIH Stroke Certification
ICP Monitoring
