As a Travel RN-ICU, you will need a valid RN license, a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, and proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR). Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required, along with up-to-date vaccinations. Experience with critical care procedures and strong communication skills are essential.
