You must have a current New Mexico or compact state RN license, an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing, and experience in cardiac or intensive care nursing. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, and experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as EPIC is preferred. Recommended skills include strong assessment abilities, medication administration, and the ability to respond to emergencies and monitor cardiac rhythms.

Required Qualifications
Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN). -Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN).
State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License.
-BLS. -ACLS. -NIHSS. -BLS & ACLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.
Traveler must pass the BCA (basic cardiac arrythmia) testing during first week of assignment.
