As an ICU nurse, you will monitor patients with life-threatening conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
To qualify, you need an active RN license, at least 2 years of experience in an ICU or similar critical care setting, and proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR). Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential for success in this role.
