Registered Nurse – Home Health – Travel – (HH RN)

Pay Rate: $2388.00 – $2536.00
Travel RN-Home Health jobs let you provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and recover comfortably in their own environment.
You will assess patient conditions, administer medications, perform wound care, and update care plans in collaboration with physicians and therapists.
Required qualifications include an active registered nurse license and at least one year of clinical experience in home health or a related field. Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is needed. Recommended skills include strong communication, patient education, and the ability to work independently.
