Registered Nurse – Home Health – Travel – (HH RN)

Pay Rate: $2792.00 – $2965.00
Join AMN Healthcare as a Travel RN-Home Health in Salem, Oregon. This role offers you the chance to provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, supporting recovery and independence. You will work with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, aides, therapists, and social workers, delivering care for post-surgical, chronic, and rehabilitative needs. The facility serves Salem and surrounding counties, with services such as diabetes management, COPD support, fall reduction, and therapy.
You should have a current nursing license, home health experience, and strong communication skills. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and patient education is recommended.
