We are seeking a dedicated RN-Home Health for an exciting travel assignment in Charleston, SC. This position offers you the opportunity to deliver compassionate care in patients’ homes while enjoying the vibrant community of Charleston. As a Registered Nurse in home health, you will work with a diverse patient population, providing skilled nursing care, education, and support to help patients recover and maintain independence. Required qualifications include an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina, experience in home health or a similar care setting, strong assessment and teaching skills, and proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR). You should be comfortable promoting patient health and independence, teaching self-care techniques, and supporting rehabilitative measures.
Recommended experience includes prior work in home health, case management, or community-based nursing, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
