As a Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Registered Nurse, you will assess and manage wound healing, provide ostomy care, develop individualized treatment plans, and educate patients and families on self-care techniques.
You must have an active Michigan RN license, a bachelor’s degree in nursing, and recent experience in wound, ostomy, or continence care. Certification from the Wound Ostomy Continence Nursing Certification Board (WOCNCB) is highly valued. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is required.
