214 bed Level 3 Trauma center located in a year round tropical paradise at the southernmost tip of Texas. Gorgeous beaches, beautiful golf courses, the world famous Gladys Porter Zoo, museums & galleries.
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, ER
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: CERT-TNCC
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year

About the Facility
Founded in 1975, this facility dedicates itself to serving the residents of the Brownsville and surrounding regions. The Joint Commission accredited medical center is equipped with 214 licensed beds and over 200 physicians representing more than 25 specialties. It offers a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including 24 hour Level III trauma care, open heart surgery, imaging, and neurosurgery, among many others. The hospital has been lauded over the years many times over for its high caliber of care, most recently earning the Pathway to Excellence™ designation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
