Registered Nurse – Emergency Room – Travel – (ER RN)

You must have an active New Mexico RN license or a compact state license and a degree from an accredited nursing program. At least one year of recent emergency room nursing experience is required. Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are necessary. Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN) certifications are preferred. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is recommended. Strong skills in rapid patient assessment, triage, and emergency interventions are essential.

Required Qualifications
Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) or
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN)
State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
BLS, ACLS, PALS and NIHSS certifications required.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.
Two (2) years current experience required in large ED
Preferred Qualifications
Epic experience preferred, but not required; can train on-site.
