To qualify, you must have current licensure as a registered nurse, experience in emergency nursing, and proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills are essential for success in this environment.
Experience in acute care, trauma response, and working with diverse patient populations is recommended. Familiarity with stroke-ready or chest pain center protocols is a plus.
