As a Travel RN-ER, you will need a valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least 2 years of recent ER experience. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is also required. Strong critical thinking skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience in a high-acuity ER setting and additional certifications such as TNCC or CEN.
