Pay Rate: $3131.52 – $3451.06
May float to Centinela Hospital- 555 E Hardy St, Inglewood, CA 90301
Acute inpatient CM experience
This role will have a CM in Centinela Hospital and be actively case managing our KP members who are admitted there and helping with active discharge planning and management, while assisting with repatriations back to KP hospitals.
