As a Case Manager, you will need a valid RN license and at least 2 years of case management experience. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) is required. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to effectively coordinate patient care and resources. Preferred qualifications include experience in a hospital setting and certification in case management (CCM).

Preferred Qualifications
BSN is required but willing to screen qualified candidates who are only missing BSN
