Registered Nurse – Assisted Living Nurse – Long-Term Care – Travel – (LTC RN)

Travel RN REHAB jobs in Temple, TX, let you help patients recover from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries in a supportive rehabilitation setting.
You will assess patient mobility and self-care abilities, collaborate with the care team to develop individualized treatment plans, and educate patients and families about lifestyle modifications and medication management. Required qualifications include a current registered nurse license in Texas, active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and at least 1-2 years of recent experience in acute or subacute rehabilitation nursing.
Recommended skills include strong communication, adaptability, and experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
The facility is a rehabilitation hospital focused on helping patients regain independence and function through intensive therapy and nursing care.
