About The Presenters:

Earl Dalton: 

Earl Dalton MHA, MSL, BSN, NEA-BC, Chief Nursing Officer at Health Carousel, has over 25 years of acute hospital experience in various leadership roles from Adult Health to Emergency and Critical care. Dalton is an accomplished speaker, author, and innovator in the Healthcare industry. Dalton has worked for several hospital systems, most notably, the Duke University Health System, consistently in the top ten healthcare delivery in the United States and globally. Dalton is an industry thought leader and has made exceptional Work in Work Culture, Quality Improvement, and Customer Experience.

Earl currently sits on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Travel Healthcare Organizations (NATHO) and acts as NATHO’s clinical Executive Council liaison. Earl is also a member of the Joint Commission’s Staffing advisory council and technical council. Earl is also a member of the American Staffing Associations (ASA) Healthcare Staffing Section. In 2018 Earl keynoted the Philippines Nurse Association’s Annual conference and events in South Korea and UAE. Dalton has spoken at such events as the AMSN, AACN, NACHR national conferences and internationally. Dalton recently contributed to “Building a Culture of Safety: A National Nursing Licensure Model,” published in Beckers 2021. Dalton was published in Customer Care News for innovation in customer experience in 2015 and won the Mount St Joseph Distinguished Nurse Administrator award for Cincinnati. Dalton is passionate about nursing and a strong advocate for the advancement of nursing.

Kenny Kadar:

Kenny Kadar has served as the President and Owner of Coast Medical Services for ten years. He was born into the nurse staffing agency. Kenny sits on the NATHO’s board of directors and serves as a partner for a Covid testing company. Currently, Kenny lives in Hermosa Beach with his wife, two kids, and two dogs. He is also expecting a new addition to his family.
