Key Responsibilities of the X-Ray Technologist:

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray procedures as ordered by physicians

• Prepare and position patients for imaging, ensuring comfort and safety

• Operate and maintain radiologic equipment in compliance with safety standards

• Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to produce accurate diagnostic results

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality of patient records

• Follow radiation safety protocols and infection control procedures at all times

• Assist in transporting and preparing patients as needed

Requirements of the X-Ray Technologist:

• Active ;ARRT ;certification or equivalent

• BLS certification ;required

• Minimum of 1 year of recent X-ray experience ;in a hospital or acute care setting

• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
