The hospital offered diagnostic, medical, and surgical services, skilled nursing care, outpatient rehabilitation and more, collaborating with the community on a variety of health and wellness events and initiatives.In 2008, WMH opened an outpatient facility on Commerce Avenue that is currently home to outpatient rehabilitation services and provider offices. A second outpatient rehabilitation location opened in 2019 at Riverton Commons, where physical therapists offer a variety of specialty services. Valley Health also operates an Urgent Care and an Urgent Care Express location in Front Royal for after-hours care for minor illness and injury.In 2021, Warren Memorial Hospital relocated to a new $100 million facility on a 28-acre developed campus with stunning views of the Shenandoah Valley and an award-winning, patient-centered environment for wellness and healing.
