Key Responsibilities
As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will:

• Perform general, abdominal, obstetric, and vascular ultrasound exams as ordered

• Prepare and position patients, ensuring comfort and safety during procedures

• Operate ultrasound equipment to capture clear, diagnostic-quality images

• Review images and assist interpreting physicians as needed

• Maintain accurate patient records and enter documentation into EMR systems

• Follow department protocols and adhere to safety and infection control standards

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to support diagnostic processes

Qualifications

• ARDMS certification in at least one specialty (Ab, OB/GYN, RVT, etc.) required

• California license (if applicable) or eligibility to practice as an Ultrasound Technologist

• BLS certification required

• Minimum 1 year of experience in ultrasound preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Excellent communication and patient care skills
