Key Responsibilities of an Vascular Ultrasound Technologist:

• Valid certification as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) issued by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
• Bachelor’s degree in cardiovascular technology, sonography, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience as a Registered Vascular Technologist is highly desirable
• In-depth knowledge of vascular anatomy, physiology, and pathology
• Proficient in performing vascular ultrasound procedures and interpreting results
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Valid Ultrasound Technologist certification

• Minimum of 4 years of recent ultrasound experience

• BLS, RDMS and RVT certifications
