Travel Registered Nurse – Rehab (RN)

Seven Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and reliable Travel Registered Nurse for a 13-week Rehabilitation assignment in Conroe, Texas. This day shift position offers a weekly total of $1,500 and provides the opportunity to join a patient-focused rehab team, helping individuals regain independence while receiving full traveler support.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients recovering from illness, surgery, or injury

• Assist patients with mobility, self-care, and rehabilitation exercises

• Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and care teams

• Monitor progress and update care plans based on patient response

• Educate patients and families on home care and recovery expectations

• Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with facility protocols

Requirements of the Travel Nurse

• Active RN license (Texas or Compact State)

• Current BLS certification required

• Minimum 1–2 years’ recent inpatient rehab or med-surg experience

• Strong interpersonal, critical-thinking, and team collaboration skills

• Passion for supporting patients through long-term recovery
