This assignment offers a weekly blended rate of $2,400, based on three 12-hour rotating day, evening, and night shifts per week.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse:

Provide expert post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from surgical and procedural anesthesia

Monitor patient status, including airway, hemodynamics, pain, and level of consciousness
-
Administer medications, fluids, and treatments as prescribed
-
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and recovery teams to ensure patient safety and comfort
-
Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and patient progress
-
Educate patients and families on post-operative care and discharge instructions
Requirements of the Travel Nurse:

Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license
-
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred)

Minimum of 2 years’ recent PACU, Critical Care, or Perioperative experience
