Key Responsibilities of the Travel Pediatrics OR RN:

• Provide perioperative nursing care for pediatric patients undergoing surgical procedures

• Circulate and/or scrub as required by the facility

• Prepare and maintain a safe, child-friendly operating environment

• Collaborate closely with pediatric surgeons, anesthesia teams, and surgical techs

• Ensure accurate documentation across all phases of care

• Adhere to strict sterile technique and pediatric patient safety standards

Requirements of the Travel Pediatrics OR RN:

• Active West Virginia RN license (or ability to obtain prior to start)

• BLS required.

• Minimum 2 years of recent Pediatrics OR RN experience

• Strong understanding of pediatric surgical procedures and perioperative care
