Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse

Deliver high-quality care in a progressive care/telemetry setting

Monitor patients with complex conditions, including cardiac monitoring

Administer medications and respond to patient changes promptly

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care

Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes

Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge care
-
Respond to urgent clinical situations with professionalism and skill
Requirements of the Travel Nurse

Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license or valid Compact license

Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in a PCU/Telemetry environment
