Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced and reliable Travel Nurse – Ortho MedSurg RN for a travel assignment in Atlanta, GA. This opportunity offers $2,075 per week for 36 hours, scheduled as 3x12s night shifts.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for orthopedic and medical-surgical patients

• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and manage pain effectively

• Assist with mobility, physical therapy coordination, and post-operative recovery

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery processes, and home care instructions

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards

• Provide wound care, dressing changes, and monitor for signs of infection or complications

• Support pre- and post-surgical care processes, ensuring safety and comfort

Requirements of the Travel Nurse

• Active RN license in Georgia (or compact license)

• Minimum 2 years of recent Ortho MedSurg experience

• BLS certification required

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time management skills
